Plumbing
Our team of Union plumbers are readily available to provide both emergency service calls and new installation. The backbone of a functioning building is a well designed and functional plumbing system, including but not limited to; domestic water, waste and vent, and storm water control.


Engineering
We are capable of designing a complete MEP building system from concept to completion. Our team of design engineers are trained to implement value engineering from day one and to include a complete constructability and serviceability review of their designs. Engineering is typically the starting point for most of our customers whether they are renovating a building, upgrading an existing system or replacing antiquated equipment. Our engineering experience ranges from both small turnkey projects to larger design-bid projects.


Construction
The implementation of a well-designed MEP system is crucial to the system’s operation and functionality. Our construction team is well trained in our Action Based Project Management System, which allows for a smooth project delivery. The construction phase of a building project is hinged around the MEP systems; therefore the coordination of these trades is critical. By utilizing our construction team’s collective experience combined with our engineering department’s design tools we are better prepared to coordinate and implement the MEP trades.

Once everything is said and done with the design and construction phase of a building project the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems need to be maintained. If not properly serviced on a regular basis even the best MEP equipment will not reach its maximum life expectancy. Energy Management & Building Automation
As a direct result of the local economy and our clients request to lower their energy bills, we have developed a team who specializes in energy management, green engineering, remote access and monitoring, and specific energy conservation control systems. This team predominantly focuses on moderate to complex HVAC building systems, where there is a greater potential for energy savings by implementing these measures. As most building systems age their efficiency ratings greatly diminish; therefore, the need to review these systems is paramount. In most cases a new more energy efficient system can be designed and implemented with a 5-year return on investment. We are also partnered with a water conservation company so we can provide our clients with a total package.
